Semantic learning-based innovation framework for social media

The proposed semantic-learning-based innovation framework guides small- and medium-sized enterprises in using social media’s analytical capabilities to innovate products or services. The framework includes three innovation stages: idea selection, idea refinement, and idea diffusion.
